虫草菌丝口服液对大鼠异位心脏移植的影响

摘　　要：该研究以大鼠异位心脏移植为模型,参考临床上联合用药的模式,对虫草菌丝口服液的免疫抑制作用进行了研究探讨。实验结果证实,单纯虫草菌丝口服液组、虫草菌丝口服液+新山地明组、硫唑嘌呤+新山地明组,移植物存活时间分别为9.1±4.0、15.6±13.1、16.8±14.3;均明显长于对照组(P<0.01),但3组间结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究结果说明,无论是单独使用或联合用虫草菌丝口服液均具有免疫抑制作用,虫草菌丝口服液或硫唑嘌呤与新山地明联合应用,其免疫抑制效果相似。The article reported the immunosuppressant effects of awetoes by the animal model of heterotopic cardiac transplantation in rats, and referred to the clinical regimen of immunosuppression. The result showed that three groups: the simple aweto, the aweto and sandimmune Neoral, the imuran and sandimmune Neoral with the graft survival of 9.1 ± 4.0,15.6 ± 13.1 ± , 16.8 ± 14.3 days respectively, there were significant differences compared with the control group (P< 0.01). But there was no statistic differences among those three groups (P> 0.05). These suggested that the awetoes simply or combined with sandimmune Neoral have the immunosuppressant effects, and the combined regimens of the aweto and sandimmune Neoral or imuran and sandimmune Neora have the same effects.
