摘 要:通过对兰成渝管道多个站点的杂质样品进行测试分析,发现该管道杂质主要为铁锈等含铁化合物。探讨了兰成渝管道杂质的来源,对所输油品的腐蚀性和钢管内壁浮锈生成规律进行了试验研究。结果表明,兰成渝管输油品的腐蚀性较轻,管内杂质主要来源于投产前的内壁浮锈与施工期间遗留的泥沙。根据研究结论,提出了防止在管道建设与运行期间产生杂质的几点建议。Analysis and testing on impurity samples got from pumping stations in Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing Oil Product Pipeline showsthat main compositions of the impurity are iron compound composed from rusts- Origin of the pipeline impurity is investigated andexperimental research on the corrosiveness of the oil products transported by the pipeline and producing law of the rust attached topipe internal wall are carried. Results indicate that the corrosiveness of the pipeline is lower and the impurities mainly come fromrust attached to the internal wall of the pipe and sediment left during pipeline construction. Based on research conclusion, somesuggestions on impurity prevention during pipeline construction and operation are presented.
