摘  要:目的探讨正常人股骨近端动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)特点及其影响因素。方法选取30例正常志愿者行DCE-MRI检查,分别绘制股骨头、股骨颈及大粗隆区动态增强曲线(TIC),并测量和比较各感兴趣区(ROI)间增强后的最大信号强度、到达峰值的时间和最大斜率值。结果各ROI的TIC均呈上升平台型;各ROI的最大信号强度和最大斜率存在差异,大粗隆的两参数值最高,股骨颈次之,股骨头最低,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论DCE-MRI能很好地评价股骨近端的血流灌注状况,正常人股骨头、股骨颈及大粗隆区TIC及其参数值存在差异。Objective To investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of dynamic contrast-enhanced MR imaging(DCE-MRI) of normal proximal femur.Methods Thirty normal volunteers underwent DCE-MRI examinations were involved,the dynamic contrast-enhanced curves(TIC) of femoral head,femoral neck and greater trochanter were drawn;Measurements and comparisons were made in maximum enhanced signal intensity,peak time and maximum slope among the region of interest(ROI).Results All TIC of the ROIs showed a pattern of upward-platform;there were significant differences among the ROIs in all subjects in the values of maximum enhanced signal intensity and maximum slope,the highest values showed in greater trochanter,followed by femoral neck,and the lowest were found in femoral head(P〈0.01).Conclusions DCE-MRI can evaluate the perfusion of proximal femoral usefully,there are different values of TIC and its parameters among the normal femoral head,femoral neck and greater trochanter.
