系统性红斑狼疮患者核素甲状腺显像表现

摘　　要：目的分析系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者的９９ｍＴｃ甲状腺显像表现。方法住院确诊为ＳＬＥ患者行９９ｍＴｃ甲状腺静态显像同时测定甲状腺摄９９ｍＴｃ参数。结果５２例ＳＬＥ中甲状腺影像面积缩小及甲状腺摄９９ｍＴｃ参数降低的各占５９６％及６５４％。结论ＳＬＥ核素甲状腺显像特点为甲状腺影像面积缩小及摄９９ｍＴｃ参数降低，９９ｍＴｃ甲状腺显像可作为观察ＳＬＥ患者甲状腺累及受损程度。Purpose The expression of nuclear thyroid imaging for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were analysed.Mathods 99m TcO 4 thyroid static imaging were undergone in 52 cases of SLE and 99m Tc uptake parameter were measured.Results The reducing of thyroid imaging area and the decreasing of 99m Tc uptake parameter respectively were 59.6% and 65.4%.Conclusion The reducing of thyroid imaging area and the decreasing of 99m Tc uptake parameter are the feature of nuclear thyroid imaging for SLE.
