摘 要:采用减压蒸煮法脱除溶液聚合法合成油溶性聚α-烯烃减阻剂中的溶剂,对过程中溶剂脱除规律进行了考察。用GPC对减压蒸煮前后聚合物的相对分子质量分布进行了表征,用室内模拟环道评价装置测定了减压蒸煮前后聚合物的减阻效果。实验结果表明,原料溶剂质量百分数为70%的点,理论计算减阻率达到62%,溶剂脱除率94%,脱溶剂后减阻率达55%。GPC分析结果表明蒸煮过程对高聚物的高分子部分影响很小,环道测试表明减压蒸煮法能够脱除90%以上的溶剂,而减阻率仅减少约10%,具有工业化价值。For the sake of removing the solvent of the drag reduction agent which was made in solution polymerization, using the method of decompression - steaming. Researched the rule of removing solvent by the process of decompression - steaming. By the simulative loop evaluation apparatus to cross - refer the change of polymers drag reducing efficiency which had been removed solvent by the process of decompression -steaming. The results indicated the sample which was the solvent (mass percent) = 70% in raw material, calculating in theory approached 62%, the solvent removing efficiency approached 94% , the drag reducing efficiency when the solvent had been removed approached 55%. Results by GPC indicated that the process of decompression - steaming had little infection to the part of super high molecular weight. Results by the simulative loop evaluation apparatus indicated that the method of decompression - steaming could remove the solvent more than 90% , but the drag reducing efficiency only reduced about 10%. This method was useful for industry.
