摘  要:研究了6种寄主植物(茄子、芹菜、菜豆、青菜、番茄、辣椒)对三叶草斑潜蝇生长发育、存活的影响和三叶草斑潜蝇对这些寄主的偏好性及其选择性机制。结果表明:三叶草斑潜蝇在6种寄主植物上的生长发育历期从短到长依次是茄子<芹菜<菜豆<番茄<辣椒<青菜,其中芹菜、茄子和菜豆是其嗜好性寄主;在茄子上存活率最高,辣椒上存活率最低;三叶草斑潜蝇在寄主植物单位面积上的产卵量与植物叶片中可溶性糖含量呈负相关,在单位面积上的取食斑数与植物叶片中叶绿素含量呈正相关。The effects of six host plants on development, survival, host plant preference and selectivity mechanisms of Liriornyza trifolii were studied under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the developmental periods from egg to adult of L. trifolii were different in different host plants: eggplants〈celery〈kidney beans〈tomato〈pepper〈pakchoi. The celery, eggplants and kidney beans were the favorite host plant of L. trifolii. The survival rate of L. trifolii grown on eggplants showed a highest level, whereas the lowest on pepper. In addition, a negative correlation between the number of oviposition per unit area and the soluble sugars in plants, and a positive correlation between the number of feeding per unit area and the contents of lamina's chlorophyll in plants were found.
