摘 要:2007年8-10月从我国5个苹果主产省份轮纹病果上分离获得111个苹果轮纹病菌(Botryosphaeria beren-geriana f.sp.piricola)菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了各菌株的抗性水平和抗性频率。结果表明:通过对多菌灵最敏感的泰山海棠菌系进行测定,将其EC50平均值0.0428μg/mL确定为苹果轮纹病菌对多菌灵的敏感基线;所测5个省份山西、河北、辽宁、陕西、河南都有抗多菌灵菌株出现,但大部分抗性菌株的抗药性表现为低抗水平,抗性频率分别为8.3%、18.2%、27.3%、11.1%、76.0%,均未发现中抗和高抗菌株。The resistance level and resistance frequencies of 111 strains of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f. sp. piricola, collected from apple fruits in 5 provinces in 2007, to carbendazim were determined with the method of colonial growth-rate. The sensitive baseline of B. berengeriana f. sp. piricola to carbendazim was determined as 0. 042 8 ug/mL based on the mean EC50 value to the most sensitive isolate from Taishan. Resistant isolates existed in most of Shanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Shaanxi and Henan provinces, but mostly low resistance has been observed. Resistance frequencies in Shanxi, Hebei, Liaoning, Shaanxi and Henan provinces were 8.3%, 18.2%, 27.3%, 11.1% and 76.0%, respectively. There were no middle and high resistance strains.
