摘　　要：农业机械化信息工作是农机管理工作的重要组成部分,在我国农业机械化进程中发挥了重要作用,从农业机械化信息作用发挥的实践看,农业信息技术是未来农业的重要生产与经营管理手段,信息技术将应用于农业生产、交换、分配和消费的全过程。论述我国农业信息化建设的制约因素与推动农业和农村信息化发展的对策与建议。this paper analyzed the role of agricultural information construction from the perspective of the role of agricultural mechanization and information,and analyzed the constraints during agricultural information construction process;put forward measures and advice to promote agricultural and rural development of information.
