摘　　要：农业机械化的快速发展,是我国缩小城乡差别,提高农村经济整体水平的必由之路。立足于我国农业和农村实际,从完善农机化法制建设、健全金融扶持体系、积极发展农机化合作组织、增强农机技术创新能力等方面入手,是发达国家农机化立法成功经验对我国的有益启示。Speeds up the development mechanization of agriculture,is reduces the differences between our urban and rural areas,enhances the rural economy overall level the way that must be taken.Based on the actual conditions of our agriculture and producing and rural economy,from the aspects of strengthen the legal construction of the agricultural machinery,strengthen the financial support system,positive develop the cooperative economic organization of the agricultural machinery and strengthen the technological innovation ability of the agricultural machinery etc.are the successful experiences of developed countries in Chinese legislative beneficial enlightenment.
