摘 要:采用缺氧/好氧生物铁法处理维生素B1厂中间产物乙酰嘧啶生产段实际废水,探讨了处理乙酰嘧啶废水的污泥驯化方法以及水力停留时间(HRT)、污泥负荷(Ns)、污泥龄(θc)、污泥回流比(R)以及硝化液内循环比(r)对生物处理效果的影响,得到了A/O生物铁法处理乙酰嘧啶废水的最佳工况条件:HRT为15h,Ns为0.28kgBOD.kg-1MLSS.d-1,θc为20d,R为100%,r为400%,且预处理后废水经A/O生物处理工艺使COD、TN及氨氮总去除率分别达到93.3%、81.7%及78.6%,出水pH为6.5~7.5。Anoxic/aerobic bio-ferric process was established to treat the wastewater of acetyl primidine which is the middle-production of vitamin B1. The methods of sludge acclimation and the effects of HRT,Ns,θc,R and r on removal efficiency of biological treatment process were discussed,while the optimal conditions were those:HRT was 15 h,Ns was 0.28 kgBOD·kg^-1MLSS·d^-1,θc was 20 d,R was 100% and r was 400%,the process which combined pretreatment with biological treatment has got the results that:total removal efficiency of COD、TN、NH4^+-N was 93.3%、81.7%、78.6%,respectively,and pH value was 6.6~7.5. It could make a significant foundation for the similar wastewater disposal in medical production and synthesis process.
