摘 要:以制酒废水作为替代培养基对复合型絮凝剂产生菌HJ4菌株进行发酵培养,采用乙醇萃取法提取絮凝剂产品MFHJ4,并对其成分进行分析,考察了其对印染废水的絮凝性能。研究结果表明,每升制酒废水培养基可制得5.87g复合型生物絮凝剂MFHJ4粗制剂;该絮凝剂是一种含大量的-OH和-COO-基团,主要成分为多糖的阴离子型高分子絮凝剂;在絮凝剂投加量为12mg.100mL-1,1%CaCl2投加量为7mL.100mL-1,pH为10的条件下,复合型生物絮凝剂MFHJ4对印染废水的浊度、色度及COD去除率分别为88.72%、91.80%和52.14%,该研究结果为生物絮凝剂的工业化生产及其在印染废水中的应用提供了理论依据。Strain HJ4 was cultured in alcohol wastewater,bioflocculant MFHJ4 was prepared through ethanol solvent precipitation,its flocculating composition analysis and flocculation capability to printing and dyeing wastewater were studied. The results showed that 5.87 g bioflocculant MFHJ4 product can be obtained from per litre alcohol wastewater medium. The compound bioflocculant MFHJ4,which contained hydroxyl and carboxyl,was mainly composed of polysaccharide. The removel rate of turbidity,color and COD were 88.72%、91.80% and 52.14% respectively when pH was 10,MFHJ4 bioflocculant 12 mg·100 mL^-1,1%CaCl2 solution 7 mL·100 mL^-1. The research provide theory basis for MFHJ4's industrialization and application in printing and dyeing wastewater.
