摘 要:电解金属锰工业的污染问题已经成为"锰三角"地区亟待解决的关键问题。为了使废弃的锰渣化废为宝,促进锰矿资源的合理利用和良性发展,必须对锰渣废弃物资源进行开发利用。通过对锰渣废弃物进行一些简单的前处理,然后作为集料,制作一种性能良好的硫磺混凝土。制作过程首先对所用硫磺进行了化学改性,然后将改性后的硫磺与锰渣和砂子混合制作试块,试块在铸模24 h后拆模,然后进行性能测试,包括渗水率测定、微结构观测、抗腐蚀能力测定以及力学性能测定,测试结果与普通硅酸盐水泥所做试块进行对比,结果显示,硫磺混凝土具有极低渗水率、超强抗腐蚀能力以及较优异的力学性能。The pollution of electrolytic manganese metal industries has been identified as a key problem needed to be resolved in"Manganese Triangle"region.In order to change manganese residues into useful material and promote the reasonable utilization and healthy development of manganese resources,manganese residues needs to be exploited and utilized.In this paper,we use simple pre-treatment manganese residues as filler to produce a kind of sulfur concrete with good performances.First step is in sulfur modification,and then on blend modified sulfur with manganese residues and desert sand to produce test blocks.The blocks were demoulded after 24 h of production.Durability of the test blocks is evaluated which include permeation test,microstructure observation,corrosion resistance measurement and mechanical properties test.Normal Portland cement concrete was also tested to compare with the sulfur concrete.The results indicate that sulfur concrete has lower water permeation,high resistance of corrosion and high mechanical strength.
