山药在《医学衷中参西录》中的配伍应用

摘　　要：张锡纯熟知山药药性,在配方组药上善用山药,不仅将其用于缓症,亦用于急症,不仅注重在汤剂中与其他药物配伍组合,还注重山药在药、食上的结合。制方以把握病机为先,选药以紧扣病机为务;遣药以熟知药性为据,辨证以深通脏腑为凭;剂量大小以君臣主次为前提,药物配伍以提高疗效为准则;汇通中西以中医为主。Zhang Xichun was familiar with the property of Chinese yam and good at its application in prescription and formulas. He applied them to chronic symptoms as well as acute symptoms. Besides, he paid much attention not only to the prescription and formula with other medicines in decoction, but also to the combination of Chinese yam in medicine and diet. As for the prescription, the pathogenesis should be first grasped. And for selection of medicine, attention should be paid to the close relevance with pathogenesis. And the application of medicine should be based on the knowledge of herb property, and a deep understanding of the organs should be necessary in the differentiation, the primary and secondary, monarch and his subjects should be the premise of dosage. And the enhancement of the efficacy should be guided in the compatibility of medicine, Chinese medicine should be centered on in the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
