摘 要:对棕色棉与白色陆地棉杂交和回交,用白度仪测定P1(母本)、P2(父本)、F1、F2、B母、B父纤维色泽的白度值。通过对其纤维色泽的遗传分析,结果表明,棕色陆地棉的纤维色泽基因受不完全显性的主效基因控制,还受加性微效基因调节,符合盖钧镒提出的质量-数量性状遗传模型。棕色纤维白度值与衣分、单株皮棉产量等产量性状正相关;与纤维长度、整齐度、比强度、马克隆值等品质性状正相关,只与伸长率关系不大。Through crossing brown cotton and white cotton, six generations, labeled as P1,P2,F1、F2、BM、BP, were obtained. Then the white value of their fiber color was tested with brightness meter. Genetic analysis on the fiber color of the six generations suggested that fiber color gene of brown cotton was dominated by incomplete dominance major gene and was regulated by the extra recessive minor gene. This result conformed to quality-quantity genetic system raised by Gai Jun-yi. The white value of brown fiber was correlated to yield characteristics such as gin turnout, lint cotton yield of individual plant, etc. and significantly correlated to quality characteristics, such as the length of fiber, uniformity, breaking tenacity, Micronaire, etc. There was little relation between the white value of brown fiber with elongation.
