Features of Heavy Metal Elements of Anisodus tanguticus Cultivated in Qinghai

摘  要:采集4~6年生人工栽培山莨菪,测定其根部铅、镉、砷、汞4种重金属元素含量。结果表明,4~6年生栽培山莨菪,重金属元素平均含量水平由高到低依次为:砷,镉,铅,汞。并且各种重金属的含量随着年份和生物量的增加而有所积累。砷、铅和汞含量的季节变化规律较明显,而镉含量则趋于稳定。The Anisodus tanguticus(Maxim.)Pascher cultivated for 4~6 years,in Qinghai Province were collected and the content of heavy metal elements Pb was analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spetrometer,and the contents of Cd,As,Hg were measured by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer. The results showed that in the root of 4 ~6 year-growth cultivated Anisodus tanguticus,the average contents of As,Cd,Pb and Hg were decreased in order;and the content of each elements increases by year. Meanwhile,apart from Cd, As,Pb and Hg, the contents of all other elements had a remarkable change with season.
