摘　　要：在引进的SPF级美系大白猪和原中国瘦肉猪新品系SⅡ系的基础上,组建具有自主知识产权的优质、高效、抗逆性强的中国瘦肉猪新品系SⅡ1系基础群。建立了共7个血统、14头公猪、80头母猪的品系选育基础群,基础群初产母猪产仔数9.61头/窝,达100kg体重日龄为175.04d,达100kg体重活体背膘厚9.48mm,公猪间平均亲缘系数0.0179,母猪间平均亲缘系数0.0213,群体平均亲缘系数0.0192,美系大白猪氟烷敏感基因频率0.0625。基础群遗传基础广泛,基因来源丰富,为新品系选育奠定了良好的基础。The Chinese Yorkshire SⅡ1 line with proprietary intellectual property rights was a new line bred under the foundation of the introduced American SPF Yorkshire and the Chinese Yorkshire SⅡ line. It was of high quality, high efficiency and high ability of resistance. The underlying herd included 14 sires from 7 strains and 80 dams. The average born number of the underlying dams in the first parity was 9.61. The average day age and the backfat in vivo of the underlying herd when weight up to 100kg was 175.04 days and 9.48 mm respectively. The average relationship coefficients between the sires, dams and the whole herd was 0.017 9, 0.019 2 and 0.021 3 respectively. The frequency of the Hal gene in the American Yorkshire was 0.062 5. The underlying herd had widely hereditary basis and rich gene origin, and laid a good foundation for the new line selection and breeding.
