摘  要:以不同生长年限的串叶松香草为材料,研究了其根部生理生化指标的变化,并进行了主成分分析和隶属函数综合评价。结果表明,在自然温度变化过程中,植物组织含水量呈先下降后上升的趋势;相对电导率、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;丙二醛含量、SOD活性呈升降交替变化。通过主成分分析可将这7个生理生化指标分为3个综合指标。通过隶属函数综合评价不同生长年限串叶松香草抗寒性由强到弱的排序为二年生>一年生>三年生>四年生。The change of the physiological and biochemical indexes in root was studied and the comprehensive evaluation of principal component analysis and membership function was made using different growing years of Silphium perfoliatum as materials. The results showed that, with the natural temperature changed, its tissue water content showed a changing trend of decreasing at first then increasing; However, its relative conductivity, content of total soluble sugar, proline and soluble protein showed an opposite changing trend, and MDA and SOD showed an alternative variation. These seven physiological and biochemical indexes could be divided into three comprehensive indexes through the principal component analysis. Through the comprehensive evaluation of membership function method, the cold resistance of S. perfoliatum with different growing years was: 2-year-old 1-year-old 3-year-old 4-year-old.
