摘 要:采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合法合成了苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物PRSMA,该聚合物含有RAFT端基,在一定条件下可以继续与单体反应。对合成的聚合物进行红外光谱(FT-IR)分析,并用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定分子质量及其分布。以PRSMA水解物为分散剂,采用超声粉碎法对有机酞菁蓝颜料(P.B.15∶3)进行分散,测定了分散液的粒径及其分布,探讨了分散条件和分散剂用量对分散液粒径的影响。Styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers with RAFT end groups(PRSMA) were prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization.The synthesized macro-RAFT copolymers with living ends allowed further chain extension with desired monomers.Structures of copolymers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).Molecular weight and its distribution were determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Organic phthalocyanine blue pigment(P.B.15 ∶3) was dispersed with the macro-RAFT copolymers by vigorously stirring and ultrasonic processing.The particle size and its polydispersity index of pigment dispersions were measured.The effects of dispersion and the amount of dispersant on the dispersion particle size were discussed.
