摘　　要：采用果胶酶前处理代替传统碱煮工艺,选择合适的氧漂工艺,如双氧水低温氧漂或双氧水-尿素漂白工艺,以及选择合适的活性染料和染色工艺,进行棉/毛混纺纱线的一浴法染色。结果表明,合适的前处理工艺对羊毛损伤小,无论染浅色还是深色,能获得较好的棉/毛纱线的同色效果,并且色牢度良好。Cotton/wool blended yarns were scoured with pectinase instead of castic soda,bleached with peroxide hydrogen at low temperation or peroxide hydrogen/urea,and dyed with reactive dyes in one bath.The results showed that appropriate pretreatment processes were of benefit for color uniformity and fastness of the dyeings whether in dark or light shades,as well as the strength of wool.
