摘 要:牛奶纤维采用常规弱酸性染料染色易造成蛋白质组分流失,进而影响牛奶纤维的服用性能。将自制低温释酸剂H应用于牛奶纤维低温弱酸性染料染色中,优化的染色工艺为:释酸剂H 2.0 g/L,在室温状态下加入,染色温度80℃,保温时间60 min。结果表明,低温释酸剂H具有降低染色温度,稳定染液pH值的作用;与常规染色工艺相比,采用释酸剂低温染色工艺,牛奶纤维得色较深,匀染性较好,蛋白质损伤较小。Conventional weak acid dyeing process of milk protein fiber always leads to loss of protein component,so that wearability of milk protein fiber was damaged.Self-made acid releaser H was applied to low temperature weak acid dyeing,and the optimum process was determined as follows: adding 2.0 g/L acid releaser H under room temperature and dyeing at 80 ℃ for 60 minutes.Results showed that the low temperature acid releaser H could reduce dyeing temperature and stabilize pH value of dye bath.Compared with conventional dyeing process,weak acid dyeing process assisted with acid releaser H had better color yield and evenness,and less damage to protein as well.
