摘　　要：采用耐久性阻燃整理剂DP-150处理涤纶织物,测试了整理剂用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对阻燃效果的影响,并与非耐久性阻燃整理工艺进行对比。结果表明,优化的DP-150耐久性阻燃工艺为：DP-150用量150 g/L,轧余率70%-75%,焙烘条件195℃×50 s,整理织物的阻燃效果可达到GB B1级,且织物损伤较小,耐久阻燃效果较佳。Durable flame retardant finish of polyester was carried out with an agent DP-150.Influences of finish dosage,curing temperature and time on flame retardancy were discussed,and the results were compared with that of temporary flame retardant finishing.Optimum durable flame retardant finish was determined as follows： DP-150 150 g/L with pick-up 70%~75%,and curing at 195 ℃ for 50 seconds.The finished fabric could meet the grade B1 of National Standard.The flame retardancy of durable flame retardant finish was better than temporary flame retardant finish.
