摘 要:用龙岩市农业科学研究所选育的两系不育系福龙S2与9个不同的恢复系测交,以汕优46作对照,观察其F1的株高、有效穗数、每穗总粒数、结实率、千粒重、产量等性状。应用逐步回归分析法对福龙S2所配组合的主要性状进行回归分析,建立了产量构成因素的线性回归方程,并进一步作了通径分析。结果表明:建立的线性回归方程包括了所有的产量构成因素,是最优的线性回归方程;福龙优系列组合的产量构成因素中有效穗数、每穗总粒数、千粒重对产量的影响很大,其中尤以有效穗数最为重要。By testing with the same female parent Fulong S2 and 9 diferent restoring lines,the characteristics of plant height, efective panicle number for per-hole, total grain number, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight was observed and analysized to compare with the check Shan you 46. The main traits of the incross were analysed by stepwise regression analysis, a linear regression equation for the yield components was established, and further,we had made a path analysis. The results were as follows: the linear regression equation included all yield components,it was optimal linear regression equation.Among the yield components ,the efective panicle number ,total grain numberand 1000-grain weight largely contribute to yield, particularly the efective panicle number.
