摘  要:从菜青虫病死僵虫中分离、筛选得到适应北方生态环境的白僵菌致病菌株BC32。测定了该菌株在不同温度、湿度、不同培养基上的产孢量以及不同温、湿度下的萌发率。结果表明,以PDA为培养基,温度为15℃,相对湿度85%以上,该菌株产孢量最大,达到5.3×108个/cm2;温度为25℃,相对湿度为90%时,孢子萌发率最高,可达98%。以1.0×108个/mL的孢子悬液感染菜青虫,10d后菜青虫校正死亡率可达92.67%~100%。在温湿度相对较低的田间自然条件下施用菌剂10d后,植株被害率下降至6%,表明该孢子剂对菜青虫防治效果好,具备了代替化学杀虫剂的潜力。A pathogenic strain,adapting to the ecosystemon North China of Beauveria bassiana was isolated and selected from muscardine Pieris rapae.Sporulation and conidial germination rate were determined.Effects of temperature, relative humidity, and sort of media on sporulation and germination rate were investigated.The optimum conditions were as following: temperature of 15℃ , relative humidity of 85% and PDA media.Under the optimized culture conditions, the sporulation was reached 5.3×108 n/ cm2. Results showed that germination rate was highest (98%) at 25℃ with the relative humidity of 90%.The correction mortality and the rate of damage of Pieris rapae under lab conditions,with 1.0 ×108 n/mL spore suspension,and natural conditions with low temperature and RH were studied.It was shown that the correction mortality could reach 92.67% ~100% and the rate of damage could decrease to 6% at the 10th day of infection. What’s more, the strain was applied to control the Pieris rapae with satisfactory results, which might replace chemical insecticides.
