摘　　要：介绍了目前我国石油工程项目管理模式的类型并分析了这些模式存在的一些不足之处,提出了一种新的项目管理模式:EPC+Partnering模式,解释了EPC+Partnering模式的确切含义,分析了该模式的组织模式和职能设置以及运行机制,结合实例对该模式的可行性进行分析,最后提出了实施该模式的配套改革措施。An introduction is given to the present types of management models in petroleum engineering projects,followed by the analysis of some shortcomings existing among these models. And then a new model of project management is put forward,which is：EPC﹢Partnering,along with an explanation about the exact connotation of EPC﹢Partnering. After that,an analysis focuses on the organizing mode,function setup and operation mechanism of this management model,meanwhile,the feasibility of this model is explored combined with practical examples. Finally,some relevant reform countermeasures are presented so as to realize that management model.
