摘　　要：油套管监造对提高油套管长期安全可靠运行非常重要。笔者根据管材研究所多年累积的油套管监造经验,简述了油套管监造的各个环节,并提出了"及早介入,全程跟踪,监督与服务相结合"的监造理念。The stationary supervision of oil casing pipes takes an important role in the improvement of long,safe and reliable operation of oil casing pipes. Based on the experiences of supervising the production of oil casing pipes for many years in the Institute of Tubing Materials,several links of supervising the oil casing pipes are explained briefly. The ideas of stationary supervision over the oil casing pipes are presented in the paper,which are ＂to enter the production as early as possible,track the whole process,and combine the supervision with the service＂.
