摘 要:提出了一种运用触须传感器进行距离测量的新方法。将触须看作一弹性梁,根据经典材料力学建立其力学模型,推导出测量接触距离的理论公式。触须通过移动或绕其根部转动来触碰物体,记录根部的位移或转角以及离根部一定距离处的偏移量,再根据所推导的公式,就可以算出触须根部到接触点之间的距离。最后运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行触须触碰物体仿真实验,验证该方法的可行性和有效性。A novel method was presented to measure contact distance from the whisker base to the contact point.Deal with the whisker as a flexible beam,the distance detection formula was derived from the mechanical model which established based on the classical mechanics of materials.The whisker was moved or rotated around the root to touch object,displacement or deflection angle at whisker base,and the displacement near the whisker base were measured,and then according to the distance detection formula,the contact distance can be calculated.Finally,simulations of whisker-object contact test were done with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA to prove the feasibility and validity of the method.
