摘　　要：介绍了基于ATmega128单片机的智能SF6分解物测试仪的设计。该设计综合应用了低功耗的单片机和外围芯片,并采用了灵敏度高、稳定性强的电化学传感器。该系统稳定性好、测量精度高、重复性好且操作方便,能够同时检测SF分解物中SO和HS的含量,为电力系统准确判断SF电气设备内部的潜在缺陷或故障位置提供了可靠数据。This paper discussed a SF6 decomposition product analyzer,of which software and hardware disposition and the main points of their design,as well as the measuring principle were described in detail.The ultralow-power and highpowered Micro-controller,other peripheral chips and high sensitivity and strong stability electrochemistry sensors were used synthetically in this scheme.The whole design can realize some traits such as high-accuracy,rapid-detection ultralow-power,strong stability and it also possesses functions like intelligent processing and has friendly Chinese menu.Sulfur hexafluoride（SF6）would be decomposed to sulfur dioxide（SO2）and sulfureted hydrogen（H2S）in the occurrence of arcs,spark discharges and corona discharges.By analyzing the content of SO2 and H2S in SF6 decomposition product,the fault of SF6 electricity equipment can be known and located.
