摘 要:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的八级杆碰撞/反应池(ORS)技术测定地质样品中Pt、Pd、Rh的方法.结果显示,王水溶样、微波消解,可以有效地提高Pt、Pd、Rh的溶出率.ORS技术的使用,有效地消除了多原子离子对待测元素的干扰,特别是对Pd的干扰,使Pt、Pd、Rh的测定结果准确.Pt、Pd、Rh的检出限分别为0.47ng.g-1、0.44ng.g-1、0.065ng.g-1,精密度为1.11%—2.57%.此方法为复杂基体样品中贵金属元素的快速、准确分析提供了一种新的途径.A method was studied for determination of Pt、Pd、Rh in geological samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with octopole reaction system(ORS).The results show that dissolution with aqua regia,microwave digestion,can effectively improve the dissolution rate of Pt,Pd,Rh.The use of ORS can eliminate the interference of polyatomic ions dramatically,especially eliminate the interference of Pd,making the determination results more accurate.The detection limits of Pt,Pd,Rh were 0.47 ng·g-1,0.44 ng·g-1,0.065 ng·g-1,The precision(n=5)between 1.11%—2.57% was obtained.This method has offered a reference for the fast and accurate determination of a large number of complicated matrix samples.
