摘　　要：大连作为中国对外开放的首批沿海城市和东北老工业基地振兴国家战略实施的龙头城市,在中国城市化、工业化和市场化进程中一直走在前列,起到了积极进取的示范效应,在国际社会也具有很高的知名度。特别是在大连市域人均GDP突破万美元以后,进一步表明已经具有建设成为国际发达城市的潜质和前景。Dalian, as one of the first coastal cities in China＇s opening up to the outside world and the most significant city leading the implementation of national strategies in the revitalization of northeast old industrial base has been at the forefront in China＇s urbanization, whose industrial and market-oriented process has played a positive demonstration effect and is of high renown in the international community. The per capita GDP in Dalian domain breaking through 10 000 U.S. dollars shows that it already has the potential and prospects to develop into an internationally developed city.
