摘　　要：通过配方优化、工艺流程改进、微发泡挤出模具的开发、复杂截面对微发泡模具的特殊要求的深入研究,并对微发泡制品的性能测试,成功制备了门套用UPVC微发泡系列型材。The formulation optimization,improvement of technical process,development of micro-foaming extrusion tooling,and the special requirements of complex cross-section for the micro-foaming mold were studied,and the performance of micro-foaming products was tested.The micro-foamed UPVC profile for door pocket was successfully prepared.
