摘  要:研究结果表明,烟碱的累积与烤烟对氮素的吸收并不同步,氮的吸收强度在移栽后2个月左右,即打顶之后达到最高峰,而此时,烟碱的累积才开始急剧增加,烟碱的最大累积强度出现在移栽后3个月左右。打顶前烟根中烟碱含量高于烟叶,而打顶后烟叶中烟碱含量远高于烟根,烟茎中烟碱含量最低。单位重量的根系所合成的烟碱数量在打顶前变化不大,打顶后急剧增加。施钾降低烟叶中烟碱的含量,硼与烟碱含量的关系同缺硼的程度有关。增施氮增加烟碱的含量,增施磷也使烟碱的含量显著提高,增施钙使中、下部烟叶的烟碱含量显著降低,但上部叶烟碱略有升高。The accumulation rate of nicotine and the uptake rate of nitrogen were not synchronized.The greatest uptake rate of nitrogen occurred at about 2 months after transplanting,while at this time nicotine accumulation just began to increase drastically because of topping .The greatest rate of nicotine accumulation occurred at about 3 months after transplanting .Before topping the nicotine content of root was higher than that of leaf,but after topping the nicotine content of leaf was much higher than that of root .The nicotine content of stem was lowest in the whole developing time of tobacco plant . K application decreased the nicotine content of leaf.The relationship between boron nutrition and nicotine content changed with the degree of boron deficiency.More N application increased nicotine content greatly,and so did P,but more Ca application decreased the nicotine contents of leaves in middle and lower position of tobacco plant.
