合成邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯的工艺研究

摘　　要：采用活性炭固载钛酸四丁酯作催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二仲辛酯。确定了合成的最佳工艺条件为:醇酐摩尔比2.8∶1,酯化时间4 h,催化剂用量0.3%。在此条件下,产品酯化转化率达到95%。Activated carbon supported Ti （OBu ） 4 catalyst was prepared and used in catalytic.synthesis of Dtcapryl Pathalate. The best technology parameters were obtained ： the molar ratio of 2 - ethylhexyl alcohol to diph thalate is 2. 8： 1, reaction time is 4h, the amount of catalyst is 0, 3%.The transformation of the product reaches 95%.
