摘　　要：运用案例分析法及其模型,对左云新井煤矿事故案例分析得出山西煤矿安全生产的现状,并进一步找出切实可行的对策,为山西煤矿事故的预防与控制提供强有力的理论依据。Using case study and its model,the paper studied the mine accidents in Xinjing Mine, Zuoyun and concluded the present situation of mine safe production in Shanxi.Then the study tried to find out the feasible countermeasures and provided the theoretical evidence for the accident prevention and control.
