摘 要:利用微波还原乙酸镍制备了镍纳米晶微粒。借助X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射式扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对合成的镍纳米晶的物相、微观结构及其磁性能进行了表征。结果表明,当反应温度在120~130℃且反应时间为2h以上时,镍纳米晶保持为面心立方结构;晶粒的平均尺寸为100~150nm;反应时间为4h时,其矫顽力达到Hc=14.818kA/m,比饱和磁化强度为σs=45.20A.m2/kg。Nickel nano-crystalline particle was successfully prepared by microwave polyol-reduction technique. The phase composition,morphology and magnetic properties of the as-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),filed-emission scanning electronic microscope (FESEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 120-130℃ and reaction time was more than 2h,the nickel nano-crystalline was obtained with a face-centered cubic structure and an average size of about 100-150nm; when reaction time was 4h,nickel nano-crystalline particle was obtained with coercivity Hc of 14.818kA/m and the saturation magnetization σs of 45.20 A.m2/kg.
