摘  要:采用球磨机球磨分散的方法制备磁流变液,着重考察了球磨分散时间对其性能的影响。利用旋转粘度计和自然沉降法对磁流变液的粘度、流变性能和沉降稳定性进行了测试。用扫描电子显微镜观察了磁性颗粒的表面形貌,分析了球磨时间影响磁流变液性能的机理。研究发现,随着球磨时间的延长,磁流变液的粘度表现出先减小后增大的趋势,其沉降稳定性与其粘度呈反比关系,即粘度大的则沉降速率慢,粘度小的则沉降速率快。在有场条件下,磁流变液所获得的剪切应力与其球磨时间有一定的对应关系,球磨时间较短的则获得的剪切应力较大,球磨时间较长的所获得的剪切应力较小。Magnetorheological fluid was prepared by ball-milling dispersing to study the influence of ball-milling dispersing time on the fluid performance. The fluid viscosity,rheological property and sedimentation stability was tested using rotational viscometer and natural precipitation method. The morphologies of magnetic particles were observed by scanning electron microscope,and the ball-milling mechanisms were analyzed. The research showed that with extending ball-milling time,the fluid viscosity decreases first and then increases. There was a certain corresponding relation between its sedimentation stability and viscosity:the higher the viscosity,the lower the sedimentation rate. Under field condition,a certain corresponding relation between shear stress that magnetorheological fluid obtained and its ball-milling time exists:the shorter the milling time,the higher the shear stress.
