摘 要:以偶联剂KH-570改性羰基铁粉,用湿法工艺制备了综合性能较好的实用型磁敏橡胶,研究了羰基铁粉含量对天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶(NR/SBR)并用橡胶基磁敏橡胶的性能影响;同时利用扫描电镜观测改性羰基铁粉表面和磁敏橡胶复合材料断面的微观结构。结果表明,通过偶联剂改性的羰基铁粉其晶体结构未发生变化,且表面有一层致密的包覆层;以NR/SBR并用橡胶为基体的磁敏橡胶,当羰基铁粉含量为300质量分数时,可表现出较好的机械性能与磁流变效应。Practical magnetorheological elastomers(MRE) based on NR/SBR rubber with better properties were prepared by wet method using KH-570-modified carbonyl iron powder(CIP) ,and the influences of CIP content were investigated on the MRE performances.The carbonyl iron powder was analysed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and the cross-section of MRE was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that the structure of modified CIP was not changed and the particle surface of CIP was densely covered with coupling agents. Optimum mechanical properties and magnetorheological effect of MRE based on NR/SBR rubber was obtained for sample with content of carbonyl iron powder of 300.
