摘  要:采用黑暗诱导衰老(DIS)处理方法,对烤烟叶片腺毛的形态结构进行了显微观察。结果发现叶龄50 d时,长柄腺毛已经成熟,并向外溢泌物质。随着叶片衰老加剧,腺毛头部开裂,内含物外泄,腺毛柄同时变干缩。处理后9 d时腺毛整体萎缩甚至脱落。在这个过程中,腺毛分泌物主要成分西柏三烯二醇含量上升,与其降解产物茄酮含量变化一致。烟碱含量在腺毛头部细胞开裂后迅速上升,并在叶面积累。In this paper,we observed the morphology of the tentacle structure of tobacco leaf during its dark-induced senescence(DIS) by microscopy.The results showed that the long tentacles on 50-day-old leaves have matured and secreted materials.Along with the fading of leaves,the head of tentacle cracked,the inclusions leaked,and the stem of tentacle shrunk at the same time.On the ninth day after DIS treatment,the whole tentacle shriveled and even fell off.In this process,the content of Siebel triene diol(the major component in the secretion of the tentacle) increased,and the content of Solanone(the degradation product of Siebel triene diol) had similar changes simultaneously.Nicotine content had a rapid increase when the head cells of the tentacle cracked,and it accumulated on the surface of tobacco leaves.
