湖北恩施烟区烤烟化学成分特点及综合评价

摘　　要：分析了湖北恩施烟区不同等级、不同产地、不同品种烤烟的主要化学成分特点,并进行了综合评价。结果表明:(1)烤烟总糖、还原糖含量较高,氯含量略低,其他主要化学成分含量适宜、比例协调;(2)不同等级烤烟的总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、糖碱比、氮碱比存在显著差异;不同产地烤烟氯含量、钾氯比存在显著差异;不同品种烤烟主要化学成分的差异均未达显著水平;(3)不同等级烤烟以C3F化学成分的综合指数最大,不同产地以鹤峰县、恩施市烤烟化学成分的综合指数较大。The main chemical components in different grades of leaves of various flue-cured tobacco varieties from different tobacco-growing areas of Enshi in Hubei province were analyzed and comprehensively evaluated.The results indicated that：（1） Contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco leaves were high;the content of chlorine was low;the contents of other chemical components were medium and harmonious.（2） There were significant differences in the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen and nicotine,the ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine among different grades of flue-cured tobacco leaves;there were significant differences in chlorine content and the ratio of potassium to chlorine among tobacco leaves from different producing areas;different flue-cured tobacco varieties had little difference in the contents of main chemical components.（3） The comprehensive index of chemical components of C3F was the biggest among different grades of tobacco leaves;the comprehensive indexes of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves from Hefeng county and Enshi city were bigger than those from other tobacco-growing areas.
