摘  要:以抗虫杂交棉为材料,研究了水杨酸(SA)浸种对不同温度和盐浓度下棉花种子萌发的影响。结果表明,SA能显著提高不同温度和盐浓度下棉花种子的发芽率和发芽势,但在不同温度和盐浓度下SA浸种对棉花种子的发芽率和发芽势影响不同。较低温度(12℃)下,0.3%NaCl浓度时SA浸种较未采用SA处理种子发芽率提高179.7%,而0.9%NaCl浓度下SA浸种较未采用SA处理种子发芽率提高494.7%。0.3%NaCl浓度、温度12℃下SA浸种较未采用SA处理种子发芽势提高581.1%,而在0.3%NaCl浓度、温度24℃下SA浸种处理较未处理种子发芽势提高1.8%。研究认为水杨酸能缓解低温和盐胁迫对棉花种子萌发的抑制作用。In order to investigate the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on the germination of cotton seeds under different temperatures and salt concentrations,we took insect-resistant cotton hybrid seeds as the experimental materials.The results showed that 0.2 mmol/L SA could significantly increase the quantity and quality of cotton seed germination;at the same temperature,the quantity and quality of cotton seed germination in the treatment with SA were higher than those in the treatment without SA.Otherwise,under the same salt concentration,the quantity and quality of cotton seed germination in the treatment with SA were higher than those in the treatment without SA.These results indicated that SA could significantly increase the quantity and quality of cotton seed germination under the conditions of low temperature and salt stress.
