摘　　要：上海光源储存环注入冲击磁铁空间方位的精密调整,是提高恒流注入运行指标的重要控制手段。分析了冲击磁铁精密调整的需求,设计了调整方案和控制器方案。控制系统包括可编程控制器(PLC),电机和倾角仪传感器,设计测试了二种运动控制模式以及通过以太网的遥控方案。实验完成了PLC硬件架构和软件调试,实现了对步进电机速度和定位的控制。Precision spatial adjustment of SSRF storage ring kickers, is an important control way to im- prove operation parameters of top-up mode. The requirement of kickers＇ precision adjustment is analyzed, while adjustment formula and controller formula are designed. Control system consists of PLC, motor and inclinometer, and two means of motor action as well as remote control mode by Ethernet are designed and tested. PLC hardware configuration and software test are complished. Location and velocity control of stepper motor are also achieved.
