摘  要:针对油田集输系统管线和城市中小口径管网的特点,研究开发了管道内翻衬玻璃钢软管对旧管道进行整体修复技术。本文对修复工艺、修复材料、修复效果等进行了较详细地介绍。2008年在大庆油田采油九厂龙虎泡作业区对φ89mm掺水管线进行了成功修复,一次翻衬长度达到300m,创目前国内外翻衬玻璃钢软管修复管道通径最小,距离最长的记录。该系统技术拥有7项国家专利。In view of the features of oilfield gathering and transmission system as well as the urban medium and small size pipeline network, the integrated rehabilitation technique of used piping by the overturning flexible glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) tubing lining is developed. The paper describes the process, material and result of the pipeline rehabilitation n detail. In 2008, the φ89 mm water - blended pipeline in Longhupao operation region of Daqing Oilfield No. 9 Production Division was success- fully rehabilitated. The once overturning lining is 300 m long, which breaks the record of the longest flexible GFRP tubing lining in the smallest diameter pipeline. This systematic technique takes out seven China patents.
