摘　　要：叙述了TCR+TSC型SVC的原理,阐述了单片机控制SVC应用中的控制器控制策略和控制策略的实施,旨在实现SVC控制模块化.控制器采用数字信号处理器(DSP)和MSP430F449单片机,设计了单片机核心板的译码和控制电路及过零检测与补偿电路的电路图.通过讨论MSP430F449单片机的核心板电路设计发挥的各项功能,总结出该单片机在配电网SVC中发挥的重要作用.For the purpose of realizing SVC control modularization,this Passage mainly mentions the theory of TCR＋TSC Type SVC.And the control strategy of controller in the SVC controlling application process of SVC even the implement of control strategy.The controller adopts Digital Signal Processor（DSP） and MSP430F449 type SCM.Designs the coding of SVC core board,control electric circuit even the circuit diagram of zero passage detection and compensate circuit.Summarizing the important function of this SCM played in power grid SVC through discussing each function expressed in the core board circuit design of MSP430F449 SVC.
