摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱外标法测定药用硝酸甘油使用中实际注入量,应用扩展不确定度和合成不确定度对含量测定结果的不确定评定.通过建立数学模型,分析不确定度的来源、因素及过程,对各个不确定度分量进行评估,最终给出了硝酸甘油的扩展不确定度和置信水平.测量不确定度可用于硝酸甘油测定结果的评定.The amount of injection was determined by HPLC during the usage of officinal nitroglycerin The uncertainty of the content measurement was assessed by the expanded uncertainty and synthesis uncertainty.The sources,factors and process of the uncertainty were analyzed and the weights of the various uncertainties were assessed by founding a mathematic model.At last the expanded uncertainty and the believable level were presented.The determination of uncertainty can be applied to the assess of the determined nitroglycerin.
