摘　　要：中国家具人才需求伴随着家具产业的发展在不断扩大,结合家具专业人才特点,进行以教学大纲为主线,注重目标培养,丰富教学内容,强化课堂特色,提高综合素质和动手能力培养的教学模式探讨,以满足家具产业市场化进程的加剧和市场对家具人才需求的变化。The Chinese furniture talented person demand follows the development of the fumiture industry,unifies the furniture professional characteristic,takes the teaching program as the master line,pays great attention to the program objective,riches course content,strengthen teaching characteristic,the discussion of the Teaching Mode about improves the overall quality and the practical ability,in order to Satisfies the furniture industry marketability advancement and the furniture talented person demand change with the market.
