摘  要:在界定基于能力的武器装备体系需求生成相关概念的基础上,对需求生成模式提出了基于改进的TOPSIS法TBM目标威胁度多属性评估方法,利用熵和TFN-AHP理论处理目标属性主客观权重,避免了传统TOPSIS方法中人为给定目标属性权重的随意性,同时利用模糊隶属度函数和G.A.Miller9级量化理论量化影响因素,建立了TBM多目标威胁评估排序模型,给出了计算实例。计算结果表明,该算法具有合理性和有效性。A multi-attribute evaluation method TOPSIS is proposed ;the target subjective and of TBM multiple target threat sequence objective attribute weights is dealt with based on modified using entropy and TFN-AHP;the randomness of traditional TOPSIS man-made weights is avoided and the menace in the attributes are rationed by the fuzzy-subjected functions and G. A. Miller theory;the multi-attribute evaluation model of TBM targets' menace is established. Finally and the results indicates that the method is reasonable and effective.
