多次使用不烧铝碳水口的研制与应用

摘　　要：为提高钢包的周转速度与使用寿命,国内耐火材料生产企业研制生产了烧成A l2O3-ZrO2-C滑板,满足了炼钢企业多次使用滑板的要求。但因水口烧成成本太高,我们以铝钒土、白刚玉、莫来石、石墨等为主要原料,引入增强剂、复合防氧化剂后生产热震稳定性、耐侵蚀性、热态强度等高温性能优良的不烧铝碳水口,满足了50~200 t钢包多次使用的要求。In order to increase the turnover rate and useful life of Ladle,the domestic refractories manufacturers developed and produced the sintering Al2O3-ZrO2-C skateboard,meetting requirements of the repeated administratior of skateboards in the steel-making enterprises.However,the cost of the sintering the nozzle is expensive.utilizing the main raw material such as bauxite,white corundum,mullite,graphite and so on,adding the Intensifier and complex anti-oxidant,We produced thermal shock stability,corrosion resistance,high temperature strength of hot performance of the non-sintering aluminum-carbon nozzle to meet the 50 ~ 200 t Ladle the requirements of multiple use.
