摘  要:在较低温度下煅烧(1050℃)和烧结(1500℃)由溶胶-凝胶法制得的前驱体而获得致密的钙钛矿型BaCe0.9Ca0.1O3-α陶瓷样品,分别比通常高温固相法的煅烧温度(1400℃)和烧结温度(1665℃)降低了350℃和165℃.采用交流阻抗谱、氢浓差电池及氢的电化学透过(氢泵)等方法研究了样品的质子导电性.结果表明,样品在300℃~600℃的氢气气氛中几乎为纯的质子导体,在600℃时的质子电导率为1.22×10-4S.cm-1.Dense BaCe0.9Ca0.1O3-α ceramic sample with a single phase of perovskite structure has been obtained by heat-treating the precursor prepared from a sol-gel route under lower temperature.The calcining and sintering temperatures(1 050 ℃ and 1 500 ℃) were lower by 350 ℃ and 165 ℃ than those(1 400 ℃ and 1 665 ℃) of traditional high-temperature solid-state reaction method.The proton conduction was investigated by AC impedance spectra,hydrogen concentration cell and electrochemical hydrogen permeation(hydrogen pumping) methods.The sample was almost a pure proton conductor at 300 ℃~600 ℃ in hydrogen atmosphere and the proton conductivity was 1.22×10-4S·cm-1 at 600 ℃.
