符合代谢综合征的糖尿病患者血清抵抗素与微量白蛋白尿相关性研究

摘　　要：目的检测符合代谢综合征(MS)的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清抵抗素(resistin)水平,探讨抵抗素与微量白蛋白尿(MAU)的相关性。方法随机选取临床确诊的83例T2DM住院患者,依据是否符合MS分为MS组(45例)、T2DM组(38例),正常对照组(NC)为33名健康体检者。测定身高、体重、腰围(WC)等指标,测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)、血脂、血清抵抗素等,留尿测MAU(24h定量)。结果 MS组血清抵抗素高于T2DM组与NC组,T2DM组血清抵抗素高于NC组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MS组中抵抗素与稳态模型评估法-胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)、MAU呈正相关(P<0.01);T2DM组中抵抗素与上述指标呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论符合MS的T2DM患者血清抵抗素水平明显增高,且与MAU呈正相关。Objective To detect serum resistin level in type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）with metabolic syndrome（MS）and the relationship between the serum resistin level and microalbuminuria（MAU）.Methods 83 hospital patients with T2DM were selected randomly and divided into two groups by with or without MS.MS group（45 cases）and T2DM group（38 cases）,33 healthy subjects were chosen as normal control group（NC.） All cases must be recorded clinical data such as height,weight,waist circumference（WC）and monitored the index of laboratory data such as fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,fasting insulin（FIns）,serum lipid and serum resistin level,etc.24-hour urine sample was reserved for MAU testing.Results The serum resistin level of MS subjects was significantly higher than that of T2DM and NC subjects（P〈0.01）;which of T2DM group was higher than that of NC group（P〈0.01.） Positive correlations were indicated between resistin and other items,such as Homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index（Homa-IR）,MAU in MS group（P〈0.01）;there were positive correlations between resistin and Homa-IR,MAU in T2DM group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Serum resistin in diabetic subjects with MS was significantly higher than that of diabetic without it and healthy subjects,there was positive correlation between resistin and MAU.
