超声引导在肺周围型病变穿刺活检中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下肺周围型病变穿刺活检的成功率。方法对20例肺周围型病变行超声引导下穿刺活检,对所取病变组织进行病理检查。结果 20例肺周围型病变均取材成功,其中18例获得满意病理结果,2例未获得满意病理结果,超声引导下穿刺活检的诊断率90%(18/20)。20例患者中仅1例并发气胸,无其他并发症。结论超声引导下肺周围型病变穿刺活检成功率高、安全性大,尤其对常规方法诊断困难的部分疾病诊断价值较大。Objective To investigate the successful ratio of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in patients with various peripheral pulmonary lesions.Methods Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy were performed in 20 patients who suffered from pulmonary verge diseases to obtain primary diagnosis of cytology and histology.Results 20 cases were successfully drawn,of which 18 cases were satisfied with pathological results,and 2 cases unsatisfied.The successful rate was 90%（18/20.） No complications happened in all patients except one complicated by pneumothorax.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy is a safe and reliable method for diagnosing pulmonary verge diseases,especially for some diseases which are difficultly diagnosed by common method.
