摘  要:概述了六维力传感器研究意义及现状,介绍了构成压电石英六维力传感器的三向力传感器的结构,讨论了4支点三向力传感器在其中的空间布局及其测量原理。对传感器面上六维力标定数据进行回归分析,得出其向间耦合方程,进行了解耦处理。在此基础上,将传感器用于轴上六维力测量,进行标定和解耦分析,验证了该结构的传感器可用于轴上六维力的测量。The recent trends and significance of 6-D force sensor was summarized in this paper.The structure of 3-D force sensors which was used to construct the 6-D force sensor was introduced.The measurement principle of 3-D force sensor with 4-fulcrum and the spatial layout in the 6-D force sensor have been discussed.Data of the sensor acquired through the calibration of applying in-place forces were processed by means of regression analysis.The coupled equation of the sensor was gained and the calibration data were decoupled.Further more,the sensor was applied to the measurement of 6-D forces of shaft and the calibration and decoupled analysis have been carried out.The result showed that the sensor can be applied to the measurement of 6-D force of shaft.
